LOOK|| After the late afternoon meeting with the Local Finance Committee (LFC), Governor Edwin Ongchuan gives final instructions on the flow of the technical budget hearing which will be spearheaded by the Office of the Governor and the Provincial Budget Office as secretariat, starting tomorrow, September 15, 2020.
The Governor reminds everyone that the Provincial Government must continue to abide by the principles of government accountability and transparency.
He emphasized that the budget should be in line with the approved Annual Investment Plan which was finalized with the outputs from the different clusters of the provincial government.
Lastly, he reiterated that the budget should focus on the attainment of our vision, Nortehanon 2040: Marig-on, Mainuswagon, Malipayon; and be reflective of our development agenda Continued PROGRESS.
With the Governor during the meeting were Asst. Provincial Budget Officer Atty Gwynne Tobes, Provincial Internal Auditor Atty Grace Sabong-Royo, Asst. Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator Enp Jay Keenson Acebuche, and Provincial Information Officer John Allen Berbon.
