Last December 6, 2019, Governor Edwin Ongchuan visited Brgy. Cabacungan, Allen, Northern Samar to distribute relief goods to families affected by Typhoon Tisoy. Governor Ongchuan was accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Bles Ongchuan.
Governor Ongchuan was assisted by a team from the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office headed by PSWD Officer Ms. Jenny Darish, RSW and Brgy. Cabacungan Officials headed by Brgy. Chairman Julian Cajandab.
