NOTICE IS HEREBY MADE that the following discounts will be granted to those who will pay their Real Property Tax (RPT) on or before December 31, 2019:
1) 10% - 4th Qrt, CY 2019 RPT
2) 20% - 1st - 4th Qtr., CY. 2020 RPT
2) 20% - 1st - 4th Qtr., CY. 2020 RPT
Failure to pay the CY 2019 RPT on or before the said date shall subject the Real Property owners to the payment of interest at the rate of two percent (2%) for each month of delinquency starting January 1, 2019.
After the expiration of the time required to pay this tax, institution of administrative action thru levy or sale at public auction will be conducted to enforce collection thereof.
