PCSO donates five million pesos calamity assistance

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) thru General Manager Royina Marzan-Garma, represented by Ms. Delia Dalucapas, handed over five million pesos (Php 5,000,000) to the Provincial Government of Northern Samar headed by Governor Edwin C. Ongchuan, at Northern Samar Provincial Capitol today, January 8, 2020.

The said amount is intended for the food needs and feeding projects for displaced families in evacuation centers and temporary shelters; and for the purchase of various medicines and medical supplies necessary for the conduct of health-related activities for disease prevention or treatment among the affected population of typhoon Tisoy including water and hygiene/sanitation requirements.

With Governor Ongchuan are Vice Governor Gary Lavin, BM Niel Hernandez, BM Chin de la Rosa, Provincial Treasurer Allan Valenciano, Provincial Information Officer John Allen Berbon and the PCSO Northern Samar Employees, Mr. Lester Trongcoso, Mr. Dexter Logarta and Ms. Ai Ku Magdaraog-Largo, RSW.
